Terms of purchase on the “LuxGonna” website
Before buying, please check your measurements according to the instructions given when choosing each product. Since skirts are made in the model, color and size according to the customer’s request, we do not make a replacement for them because it is assumed that you have determined your size before ordering based on the given parameters we have given.
Cases in which replacement is possible are:
If the model you received has damage, it is not in the selected color (if it differs significantly, for example, you asked for green, red arrived, we do not do a replacement for shades because the shades may deviate from those in the pictures by 10-15% depending on the medium you watch them because not all devices have the same color and the same settings, so it is possible that the shades deviate and it is evident if, for example, you watch the same model from a laptop, tablet or phone). Please check if the length of the skirt suits you, we do not accept complaints about the length because it is assumed that you read how long the skirt is before buying and check if it suits you. Please inquire about the material before ordering and if necessary ask for more information if you are not familiar with the types of textiles,
Complaints are accepted if there is an error or defect in the model and it is caused in the process of making.
Refund:
Since all models are made to the customer’s order in color, size and desire, a refund is possible for those models that are sent in an inappropriate size, have a material defect, have any form of error that occurred during the manufacturing process. The courier service to which the wardrobe was sent is responsible for the damage caused during the transport.
If you wish to make a complaint, please do so within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please return the wardrobe to the address no later than 48 hours after you have filed a complaint for the wardrobe. Anything after that will not be taken into account. If there are stains, damage on the received wardrobe, you can feel sweat, perfume, detergent and fabric softener, etc. Your refund request will be denied and your wardrobe will be returned. We accept the impediment to the return of the wardrobe only in case of emergencies, e.g. natural disasters, state of emergency, red meteorological alarm, death of a loved one, legal affairs in terms of court, accidents and bodily injuries, etc. Please be transparent and organized when respecting the return agreement and respect the agreement.
The costs of postage for the return of the wardrobe are borne by the buyer, as well as the costs in case we return the wardrobe to the address because it was damaged or worn when it arrived from you to our address.
